​​15th Annual Fall Family Festival

​About Families, Inc. is presenting the 15th Annual Fall Family Festival on November 20th, 2022, at Silver Rock Event Site La Quinta, CA. Our goal with this fun and informative event is to create community and to raise awareness of all the great programs and family oriented services available in the Coachella Valley and surrounding area.

Register as soon as possible to ensure you sponsorship and space!

IF YOUR BUSINESS IS DIRECT SALES/MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING, EMAIL JOANNA AT joanna@aboutfamiliesinc.com TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO REGISTERING AND PAYING THE FEE. This applies to all MLM/Direct Sales companies, e.g., Doterra, Young Living, Avon, Younique, etc.

Sponsorship Levels

BRONZE ($1000)

- Your name will be used in our newspaper advertisements, flyers, event banner, event t-shirts
- Your logo and link on the About Families website and event Facebook page
- You will be given a complimentary booth space at the event to promote your business
- You will receive an event t-shirt

SILVER SPONSOR/Marquee Sponsor ($3000) 

- All the benefits of Bronze Sponsor, plus
- Your logo will be used in our newspaper advertisements, flyers, event banner, event t-shirts
- Your name will be used in all radio and television promotions
- Your organization or business will have a marquee banner at one event, e.g.: “Your Business presents The Petting Zoo”

GOLD SPONSOR/Title Sponsor ($5000)  

- All of the benefits of the Silver Sponsor, plus
- Your logo and name will “present” the festival along with About Families, Inc. in all print ads and banners
- Your name will be in all radio and television promotions

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR

- 10x10 foot space with a 6 foot table and 2 chairs (you must supply your own shade canopy)
- stage time, upon request and subject to availability, to promote business between performances

​TERMS & CONDITIONS

​The Festival will be held rain or shine. Your commitment to this event is on a rain or shine basis. Due to the limited space available at the festival and our financial commitments to producing the festival, we cannot provide refunds.

SETUP: Begins at 8:00 am the day of the event. You must be ready by 9:30.

EVENT: All booth spaces must remain open the entire time of the event, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please do not close before the end of the event.

TEAR DOWN: Booths must be cleaned and vacated by 6:00 pm.

PAYMENT: Payment is due upon registration. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
